Thanks for letting us know about collaborative divorce; I had not heard of this concept before. I think it was good to include references like Juno in your video to engage your viewers. There was one thing that bothered me somewhat about this video, the phrase “collaborative divorce” was repeated over and over again; and although repetition is the mother of memory, it may also detract from the message wanting to be conveyed. Thank you again for your movie!!!
collaborative divorce sounds like an ideal way in an unpleasant situation to keep everythingas civil as possible. As somebody who has gone through a more traditional divorce Ican definately say that this would have made my own divorce much less combative.I can only hope that as many couples as possible choose this option , which gives the couple a strong incentive to work together in a peaceful way.
Thanks for explaining the collaborative divorce process, involving both the husband and wife being responsible to require them to settle the case without going to court. Court experiences can be more harmful than helpful, causing bitterness and strife for years to come. Things can get so complicated with all the negative factors involved. Maintaining civil relationships is absolutely necessary.
