my husband will be taking over my disabled brother’s finances soon, and we were advised that he should obtain power of attorney( for finances only). my brother is agreeable. what steps must be taken to obtain this status?

I was recently licensed to practice law in Indiana. I want to practice family law primarily. I know that I cannot, as a new attorney, charge the same fees as a seasoned attorney, but I don’t even know how to go about setting my fees. Any help????
