If you recently got a DWI and the last one you got was 20+ yrs ago. If you can show you didn’t receive proper counsel for the past dwi, it could not be counted. Is this true?? My friends husband was given this info by his attorney. My bf is going thru the same thing and wondered if it was true. We have an attorney but feel like we’re doing his homework.
