I’d like to find some online and free lawyers  consultation about copyrights/trademark issue. I want to publish/republish something which might infringe with the copyrights of an institution. However, It may not be me who is publishing, rather the users/members of my site may publish such resources which may infringe with the copyrights. How is it gonna affect me if I do have a disclaimer on the site. A lawyer online who can assist me in finding the answer will be very helpful.
