He is 19, offended in MN. Was .067 but MN has a “Not A Drop Law” for minors, so it is considered a DWI. He goes to court in a couple of weeks. Has not gotten an attorney, Buy Drugs because he has no $. When he goes to court, does he just plead guilty? Will he be thrown in jail because he does not have $ for a fine? Does anyone know?
